Sophomore Ella Griswold will represent Starr’s Mill in biology.
To prepare, Griswold took biology and AP environmental science.
She credits her mom for her success.
“She’s very supportive of all my different activities,” Griswold said.
Griswold has yet to choose what career she wishes to pursue, but she hopes that GHP will help her be able to determine if she enjoys lab work.
Griswold has taken first place in the past two regional science fairs. She also received the biology award last year.
“I’m really passionate about the environment, and I really wanted to learn more about it,” Griswold said.
In her free time, she enjoys writing, baking, and reading comics books.
