Free safety and kick returner Marc Stampley returns a punt. Special teams had one kick off return and one punt return for a touchdown. Mt. Zion attempted an onside kick to begin the game, but senior Ben Thompson ran it back 48 yards for a touchdown. “Special teams can make or break the game,” Thompson said. “Honestly, [the team] could be down, could be up, it doesn’t matter just play every special team like it’s your last.”
