Cheers & Jeers
Cheers

Cheers to Kendrick Lamar. The Pulitzer Prize-winning artist recently made headlines with his feud with Drake. This feud has led to numerous songs from Lamar reaching the number one spot on platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music.

Congratulations, Jae! We hope to see you place well.”

Cheers to F1 Miami. After an intense race, Lando Norris got his first career win. He gapped two-time world champion Max Verstappen by 7 seconds.

Cheers to the AirBnB raffle. Being able to win trips to exotic places, or even recognizable fictional locales, is exciting!

Cheers to Staff Writer Jae Ardoin going to state for track. Congratulations, Jae! We hope to see you place well.

Cheers to the Billie Eilish Concert. The icon, pop star, and now Fortnite Skin is coming to Atlanta! Some of our writers with tickets already in hand are excited to see her performance.

Jeers

Jeers to Drake. To put it simply, he’s done some very weird things. Comments on Millie Bobby Brown when she was 14, not taking responsibility for his children outside of photo shoots, the list goes on with more and more awful things.

It seems a lot of seniors forgot about the attendance requirement for exemptions…”

Jeers to AP exams. This is when May gets annoying. Numerous days staying in the auditorium, taking hour-long tests only for the hope of getting college credits. The only positive is that you get out for the rest of the day.

Jeers to senior exam exemptions. It seems a lot of seniors forgot about the attendance requirement for exemptions, which has come back to bite them. Good luck on your exams!

Jeers to bright headlights. It’s hard for everyone to see when the car behind you is blinding you with their lights. It is even worse with the newer LED lights, which are painfully bright.

Jeers to account sharing. The cracking down on account sharing is getting annoying nowadays. Getting kicked from Netflix because you are not in the vicinity of the account holder is so inconvenient. It is incredibly annoying.
