Freshman La’Niya Million recently read “Catching Fire” by Suzanne Collins.

“I had thought it looked really cool,” Million said. “I had heard a bunch of it from all my friends and a lot of internet, so I decided to read it.”
The plot follows Katniss as she finally returns home after the 74th Hunger Games, when she then gets forced to go on the Victory Tour. Katniss can feel the unrest in the districts, and a rebellion is coming soon. But her whole world is thrown upside-down when a cruel twist in the upcoming 75th Hunger Games.
“[I would recommend this book], a thousand percent,” Million said. “It was awesome.”
Suzanne Collins is known for the “Hunger Games” series but she has also written the “Underland Chronicles.” She has earned many awards for her work on “Hunger Games” series.
“You get everything you’re looking for, you get fighting, you get romance, ” Million said. “It’s just a really good book.”
“Catching Fire” is a story of fighting for what you believe in, even if it is hard.
