Sophomore Alice Fowler recently watched the movie “Sesame Street Presents: Follow that Bird.”
The movie “Sesame Street Presents: Follow that Bird” was released in 1985 and is based on the popular children’s show “Sesame Street.” It follows Big Bird, who is sent to live with a bird family far from home. Along the way, he meets new people and faces trouble from two crooks trying to capture him. Meanwhile, his Sesame Street friends travel across the country to bring him back.
What did you enjoy about this film/series?
“It had a very good story and strong emotional links, while still being fun and very whimsical,” Fowler said.
What motivated you to watch this film/ series?
“I had heard things about it and it seemed interesting,” Fowler said.
What was the most memorable part of this film/ series?
“Definitely the scene when Big Bird is kidnapped and painted blue,” Fowler said. “I love that part.”
What other films similar to this would you recommend?
“I mean you can just watch ‘Sesame Street’,” Fowler said. “Quality children programming.”
