“Hogwarts Legacy” is an open world video game based off of the Harry Potter franchise. The game has been under fire by woke activists who have tarnished the game as being “transphobic.”

In the world of Harry Potter, the wizarding world is almost taken over by “He Who Must Not Be Named” because normal everyday wizards are too scared to stand up to him and his army of bullies.

[P]eople cannot be scared to stand up to the woke mob and must be able to name our real life ‘Voldemorts’.

Similar to real life, people cannot be scared to stand up to the woke mob and must be able to name our real life “Voldemorts” or else our own world will be destroyed.

“Hogwarts Legacy” is a newly released video game developed by Avalanche Software. It has been marketed as an open-world fantasy role-playing game based on the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The game has received criticism online by a niche woke mob that claims the game, and anyone who plays, is “transphobic” due to J.K. Rowling’s involvement in creating Harry Potter.

I do not support some of J.K. Rowling’s political beliefs, and I am not even the biggest fan of Harry Potter, but to tarnish a work of art because of unrelated political opinions expressed by one of the many creators is both illogical and malicious.

Would these critics be outraged over a cure to a disease if the inventor disagreed with some politics that they agreed with? They need to sit down and give the game a fair chance to express itself before trying to trick others into hating it for nonexistent “transphobia.”

The woke activists are so extreme in their beliefs towards “Hogwarts Legacy” that they have gone out of their way to dox and witch-hunt streamers who simply play the game.

A trans-activist created a website to identify which streamers have played the game. The website was taken offline soon after. Similarly, a woman was fired from her job after tweeting that she was personally looking forward to playing the game after trans-activists reported the tweet to her job.

If you do not want to support “Hogwarts Legacy,” do not play it. Making claims about the quality of the project and witch-hunting people for enjoying the game is ignorant and malicious.

“Hogwarts Legacy” has only been released to the general public less than a day and some individuals have already made absurd claims in an effort to defame the game and harass others.

The woke crowd does nothing but tear other people down regardless of the effects of their actions. They refuse to believe that someone like J.K Rowling can be “anti-trans” in their opinions and still create beautiful works of art such as the magical world of Harry Potter.

Arguably horrible people have the same capability as everyone else to create wonderful things.

You do not need to agree with every viewpoint a person has ever expressed to appreciate the contributions they have made to the world. If you personally do not like “Hogwarts Legacy,” you are entitled to that opinion.

A tweet from popular online commentator Keemstar that paints those planning on buying “Hogwarts Legacy” as transphobic. Despite the negative connotation applied, 84% of the 204,664 respondents said they were going to buy the game.

The game should be judged by its own individual merits, not based on controversies surrounding unrelated political opinions of its creators.

The absurd outrage over the game has appeared to have backfired. As activists witch-hunt people online for just playing a video game, more and more people are getting fed up with the toxic behaviors coming from a niche minority of people who are constantly outraged about everything and everyone regardless of context. People should be allowed to enjoy the magical world of Harry Potter without being harassed for it.

Every amount of success “Hogwarts Legacy” gains is a nail in the coffin of the woke mob. Despite their best efforts to damage and politicize the game’s launch, it is still breaking streaming records, and has been getting glowing and supportive reviews from game critics.

The backlash from the evil activities the woke mob is engaging in has only encouraged more people, like myself, who would not have otherwise played it, to purchase the game.

“Hogwarts Legacy” is now available for purchase on PlayStation 4 and 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, as well as PC.
