History teacher and varsity boys soccer head coach Aaron Buck previously read “The Mentor Leader: Secrets to Building People and Teams” by Tony Dungy.

“The main theme of the book is about how to be somebody who you can look up to and try to lean people the right way,” Buck said.

The book tells the story of former football coach Tony Dungy. It explores what he went through in his career, what he did wrong, what he taught others, and what he did right.

Tony Dungy is a former American football coach and an author. He was a head coach in the National Football League for 13 seasons, coaching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Indianapolis Colts. He has written over 30 books.

“I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in leadership,” Buck said.

Dungy graduated from Jackson’s Parkside High School in Jackson, Michigan, and went to study at University of Minnesota and Carlson School of Management. Dungy became an author after graduation.
