Chorus director John Odom ranks the Bible at the top of his favorite books list.

“It’s kind of an instructional book on how to live each day and how to live your life better and treat people around you,” Odom said.

“I started reading this book because my parents took me to church,” Odom said. “I was introduced to it at home and at church.”

Odom explained the message of the book as being related to how people can make the world a better place.

“God has had such a positive impact in my life as I read the book and follow the tenets of the faith,” Odom said.
