Junior Delani Gatson finished reading “P.S. I Still Love You” by Jenny Han. Han has written over 11 books and many of them have been published in more than 30 languages.

Junior Delani Gatson recently finished reading “P.S. I Still Love You” by young adult romance author Jenny Han.

“I like how the character develops throughout the novel,” Gatson said. “It’s also relatable because the protagonist is a junior in high school.”

“P.S. I Still Love You” is the second book in the “To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before” trilogy. In this book, the main character Lara Jean Covey struggles to maintain her current relationship with her boyfriend amid rumors and confusion. As a new love interest is introduced, the book details the main character’s conflicting emotions and actions.

“It’s a trilogy, and I read the first book so I just wanted to go ahead and read the second one,” Gatson said.

American author Jenny Han’s series “To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before” was adapted into a film franchise with a spinoff show, “XO Kitty.”  Published in 2015, “P.S. I Still Love You” has won various awards, including the 2015-2016 Asian/Pacific American Award for Literature. Another popular book by Han is “The Summer I Turned Pretty,” which was also adapted into a TV series that premiered in June 2022.

“I would say anyone who likes high school and teen dramas with a touch of romance would like this book,” Gatson said.

“P.S. I Still Love You” illustrates the process of finding oneself and expresses the idea that love can be found in the weirdest places.
