Freshman Lizzy Cole is currently listening to “Sunroof feat. Dazy” by Nicky Youre. The song was released in 2021 as Youre’s second single.

“It’s a really happy song,” Cole said. “It’s not really poppy either, which is why I like it.”

The song talks about love, as the singer starts describing the person that he loves. He starts saying that they are everything he wants and that he just wants a chance to show them what they mean to him. 

As the chorus repeats, the singer has his head out of the sunroof of his car, fantasizing about his love. “Sunroof” currently has over two millions listens on Spotify.

“It’s really about sunshine, happiness, and love,” Cole said

Nicky Youre is a new songwriter and singer who began his career in 2020, with the single “Sex and Lemonade.”
