Serotonin runs up my veins as “Find Your Love” by Drake blasts in my AirPods. The nostalgia brings me back to sitting in the back of my mom’s car as she drives me to elementary school. This song is mellow but filled with so many emotions that will take you for a ride. 

The song’s intro features drums that will make you bob your head back and forth. The vulnerable lyrics about a relationship and being willing to fight for the relationship make for a chill car ride to school. Drake’s goal was to make sure men would connect with their emotions and be honest with themselves.

This song, although vulnerable, gives me a sense of comfort and nostalgia. We are always clinging to the past for memories and this song brings me right back to times I took for granted. 

From Drake’s 2010 debut album “Thank Me Later,” “Find Your Love” is the 13th track off the famous album. This track was produced by rapper Kanye West (Ye) and was initially supposed to go to Rihanna. 

Aubrey (Drake) Graham is a Canadian rapper/singer who was first seen on the teen drama series “Degrassi: The Next Generation” as “Jimmy.” He then released his first mixtape in 2006 and finally, in 2009, signed with Young Money Entertainment. Drake is one of the most successful rappers of our generation and is continuing to put out chart-topping music.
