“Last Day on Earth” is a song written by Tai Verdes to help people acknowledge the fact that they do not live forever.

Have you ever thought about what you would do if there was no tomorrow? The song “Last Day on Earth” by Tai Verdes is about what people do when their time is about up and all the things he would do if there was no tomorrow.

The song begins with a jazzy beat, as Tai sings the question, “If it was my last day on earth?”

He sings this question to help make his audience ask the question themselves, What would I do if it were my last day alive?

The line “All my favorite people need teary eyed goodbyes” shows how he has accepted his mortality and now he’s ready to wrap up loose ends and say goodbye. He reinforces the idea with another line, “Not seeing people who have been mean to me.”

When asked during a press release, Tai said that he wrote the song for “reflection” to help people really take in the fact that life is not forever. He said, “It’s kind of like jumping out of a plane. We’re all in freefall, and sometimes we just get so caught we don’t realize it.

True to the reason he wrote the song, fans felt that listening to it really made them think about just how their lives were going.

Tai Verdes is most known for his hits “Stuck in the middle” and the song “A-O-K” which hit No. 34 on Billboard Hot 100.

You can find “Last Day on Earth” on Spotify, YouTube Music, Pandora, Apple Music, and iTunes.
