On the latest episode of “Sports Update,” Staff Writer Clio Long talks to varsity cross country runners senior Cannon McFall and freshman Chase Griswold. They discuss individual and team preparations ahead of this week’s GHSA AAAA state championship race in Carrollton, Georgia.
