Junior Kendra Anderson recently watched “Napoleon Dynamite.” The movie is about a weird teenager who helps his friend become class president while dealing with a strange family life.

Junior Kendra Anderson recently watched the movie “Napoleon Dynamite.”  This movie is about teenager Napoleon Dynamite who helps his friend Pedro run for class president while he deals with his bizarre family life at home.

What did you enjoy about this film/series?

“I really enjoyed the dry humor,” Anderson said.

What Motivated you to watch this film/series?

“My friend kept making references to this movie,” Anderson said. “So when they were at my house we both watched it.”

What was the most memorable part of this film/series?

“Napoleon’s brother Kip and his relationship with his online girlfriend Lafawnduh, or the talent show scene,” Anderson said.

How is this film/series different from others that you have watched?

“The humor is a lot different from what I usually watch,” Anderson said. “ I usually like more serious movies.”

What other films similar to this one would you recommend? 

“I whole-heartedly recommend ‘Velocipastor’,” Anderson said. “If you’re looking for something silly.”

“Napoleon Dynamite” is available on Max, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video.
