Science teacher Staci Killingsworth is watching “Watson.”
“Watson” follows the story of Dr. John Watson after his partner, Sherlock Holmes, died at the hands of Moriarty. Watson resumes his medical career, dealing with absurd medical conditions. His old life is not done with him yet. “Watson” is a strong medical drama, featuring a modern take on one of history’s greatest detectives.
Morris Chestnut stars in “Watson” as Dr. John Watson. Other actors include Robert Carlyal, Peter Mark Kendall, and Eve Harlow. The series is directed by Larry Teng.
What motivated you to watch this series?
“I like Sherlock Holmes books, and ‘Watson’ is supposed to be a spin off of it,” Killingsworth said.
What did you enjoy about this series?
“It has a lot of science and medical, [and] brings up new medical discoveries and issues every episode,” Killingsworth said.
What was the most memorable part of this series?
“Watson proved [a man] truly had this [involuntary tick in his arms],” Killingsworth said. “At the very end of the episode, he used that disorder to push his brother in front of a car and get [away with] the murder.”
How is this series different from others that you have watched?
“It’s not different,” Killingsworth said. “Almost every show I watch is some kind of police mystery or medical mystery.”
