Chad Walker fires the pistol to signal the beginning of the varsity boys race at the 7th Annual AT&T Panther Invitational held at Heritage Church on Sept. 1. Starr’s Mill varsity boys placed first at the home meet with a total of 72 points and an average 5k time of 16:52. The varsity girls took home the second place title after finishing in an average race time of 20:18 with a total of 73 points, 36 points behind first place Auburn.
