Starr’ Mill JV cheerleading competed this past weekend at Ola High School for their final competition of the season.

The team placed second behind Greenbrier.

“I am very proud of the team’s final performance. Every week they challenged themselves by adding harder tumbling and stunting skills,” junior varsity cheer coach Taylor Doster said. “They truly came together and looked amazing.”

The team’s routine started off strong, hitting all stunts and tumbling. However, they did drop a stunt at the end of the pyramid.

The routine, and the season, ended with a sharp, lively dance.
