Girls lacrosse advances to Sweet Sixteen in dominating fashion

Starr’s Mill girls lacrosse hosted the Fellowship Christian Paladins last Thursday in their first round matchup of the GHSA State Playoffs. The Panthers won 19-7 and will face the Wesleyan School tonight in Norcross. The Panthers were led in goals by the senior trio Hannah Leon, Emma Grace Hepler, and Kylie Valenta who combined for 12 of the team’s 19 goals. In net, sophomore Maggie Kluemper recorded six saves and senior Rosa Pompeo saved three.
