The Fayette County Board of Education is discontinuing its use of Blackboard as its universal Learning Management System. After taking many months to come to a decision, the county has chosen to use Schoology next school year.

From Nov. 1 to Thanksgiving Break, Starr’s Mill will host a toy drive for those still recovering from Hurricane Michael. All Beta Club members can bring both a receipt and a gift to room 703, so Mr. Spencer can sign off on hours.

Corey, played by junior Scotty Hindy, and Tiffany, played by junior Sydney Turnier, sit next to one another with different intentions in mind. Corey wants to be in a relationship with Tiffany, but he is so deep in the friend zone that she thinks of him as a brother not a lover. Meanwhile, Tiffany has feelings for the classic popular high school football player. With each plot twist, the audience’s predictions are thrown. Believe it or not, Tiffany finds herself falling into Corey’s arms in the end.
